Bex honestly, was the best celebrant we could have asked for. Nothing is out of reach and as SCLUB 7 would say-reach for the stars. She made us feel 100% comfortable in all of our decisions. If you’re feeling a little uneasy, you have no need to worry. She will make you feel magically calm and give lots of suggestions for you choose from or even create a brand new vibe! It’s a partnership, friendship, ceremonyship all in one.
People forget you CAN make your ceremony personal to you and you CAN totally share your couple story within your ceremony and a celebrant is the way forward. Bex is the way forward. We loved working with her, the communication was insanely good. Lots of zoom chats, messages and calls she’s there to guide you.
Remember what I said about her being the star? Her professionalism was up there because she really cares about her couples.

Where do we start? I have met many celebrants, registrars, ministers, and priests as a wedding professional. But only Bex had us at hello! Her warmth, humour and timeless banter made Bex more than just a supplier by the time our day arrived; but a friend who all our guests wanted to know when our ceremony was over.
We wanted something different but fitting for our wedding day, appropriate for the occasion but not stiff and flavourless. Bex delivered well beyond our expectations.

If you are looking for a something a little unusual but with a whole lot of love for a wedding or any kind of ceremony and you haven't heard of Bex the Celebrant then where have you been. Bex is an absolute joy, bringing the party to every stage of ceremony writing with my partner and I for our festival style Devon wedding.
She was extremely patient with us when we missed a few deadlines (whoops!) but was totally understanding and absolutely delivered on the ceremony of dreams. Many of our guests (i'd say 80%; the 20% were drunk or children) commented on what a great ceremony it was and how fantastic Bex is! It was personal, it was fun and it was 100% absolutely us.
All in all; Bex is extremely easy to talk to, she gets your vibe pretty quick and is dedicated to creating a ceremony you and your guests wont ever forget. Book her quickly though - she is busy!

5 stars aren't enough for Bex! We knew we didn't want a "traditional" wedding ceremony and thought a registrar would be boring - that's when we came across Bex on Instagram. From the first interaction, we knew Bex was the one!
She made our ceremony so personal, and was such a great support during the planning process - I'm sad we don't have an excuse to exchange GIFs anymore. Our guests all commented on how unique and authentic our ceremony was, and that they were amazed at the level of personalisation Bex managed to pull off having only known us a short time.
She's also an absolute pro at ducking out of shot for photos! Would HIGHLY recommend Bex for all your celebrant needs

We knew we wanted a celebrant-led ceremony, as we were hoping for a fun, relaxed, party that felt very personal and we knew we didn’t want a traditional or religious ceremony. I had followed Bex on Instagram for a while and always thought she seemed like such a fun, bubbly person - and I was right! So she was always going to be our first choice when we came to book a celebrant. We contacted her well in advance of the wedding and she got back to us straight away. We knew immediately after our first Zoom call that she would give us a great ceremony, so booked her ASAP! The booking process and all the admin was very straight forward and professionally managed.
There was quite a long period where we didn’t give the ceremony too much thought and other wedding planning took over; however Bex always made us feel like she was available for any questions or worries. She also sent us the occasional inspo which gave us food for thought about what we wanted our ceremony to contain.
Then it came time to answer the questionnaires so that Bex could write the ceremony! Bex was so right that the questionnaires were such a nice opportunity to sit down with each other, reflect on all the good times we’ve had together and really focus on the WHY we were getting married, which can sometimes get lost in the stress of planning! The meeting we had with Bex to plan was really exciting; she ensured she covered all aspects of the ceremony, including stuff we hadn’t even thought about.
Then the ceremony itself… We cannot really describe how perfect the ceremony was! It fitted the vibe of the wedding perfectly. It was personal, funny, and still had some romance. Bex’s delivery was also fabulous; she is an incredible speaker! We also had hand tying which was such a special moment for us during the wedding, and our guests loved it. We had felt quite nervous pre-wedding, but once we started laughing our heads off during the ceremony and listening to our nice words about each other; we just felt so relaxed. All the guests could not stop talking about the ceremony for the whole wedding! Most people assumed she’d known us for years, and loads said they had never seen a ceremony like it, but it was the best ceremony they have ever seen. The groom’s 86 year old grandmother has even pre-booked her for when she finds that toy-boy! ;)
After the wedding Bex sent us some beautiful photos, an AMAZING reel and honestly feels like a friend for life now!
If you want a supplier who will become a friend, who will really get to the bottom of what makes you two tick, and by doing that will offer you the most personalised, colourful, exciting and unconventional ceremony - then book Bex! It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!'

Bex was our celebrant in October 2022 and we are so so happy we found her!
We live in New Zealand so had our legal ceremony earlier in the year, but headed back to the UK for a big wedding/reunion with all our family and friends after 3 years apart. Even from the other side of the world, Bex was a dream to work with. We knew she was "the one" from our very first video call - she just seemed to get us! The questionnaires she sent us to fill in were well-written and really helped us to reflect on our relationship. From these, she wrote an incredible ceremony that captured our story as well as the celebratory atmosphere we wanted at our wedding.
On the day, she was chilled, friendly and a complete professional. She delivered the ceremony perfectly - people were laughing, crying and grinning the whole way through. As soon as it was over, we had so many people rush over to us to gush about how amazing the ceremony was. We just stood there looking smug, so so pleased we had booked Bex!

Bex was an incredible part of our wedding. There are a lot of celebrants out there, but we knew we wanted someone that we gelled with and that we felt like we would have fun with. Bex was that and more. She’s super friendly and managed to chill us out and make us laugh from the start – and she’s a must follow on Instagram! She wrote our ceremony in a way that had us crying and laughing the entire way through, it was just ‘us’. She shared our stories as if she’d been a part of them and delivered them in an engaging way – our guests loved hearing them and many commented that it was the best wedding ceremony they’d ever been to. We chose a celebrant to help us create a bespoke wedding ceremony that suited us. We didn’t want anyone dictating to us what we had to say or how the ceremony had to be; with a celebrant we had control over the whole day so that it could be the way we wanted – telling our story to the people who mattered most to us.
We chose Bex because we really liked her energy, enthusiasm and obvious passion for what she does. She sent us a really detailed questionnaire to help her chronicle our relationship from first meeting right through to the wedding day. She was really flexible and was happy to amend anything we wanted to shape the wedding ceremony how we chose. We also arranged to meet up for a drink before the day in question to get to know one another a bit better.
Bex got there nice and early on the day which was one less thing to stress about! She was very friendly and professional and she made sure everything kept running smoothly even when small children got lost.
We would strongly recommend Bex to anyone who wants a more personalized wedding ceremony that focuses on celebrating love and their specific relationship.

Bex was one of the first suppliers we contacted when we got engaged having discovered her on Instagram. We knew we didn't want a traditional registrar wedding, but Bex really showed us what was possible in making the ceremony our own.
We met over zoom and clicked straight away. My (now) husband (eek!) is not a fan of being centre of attention, or speaking in front of people, but I also didn't want the day to become all about me. Bex was brilliant at putting us both at ease and working out ideas with us.
We wanted to involve our guests into the ceremony in some way, and we both love games and escape rooms, so came up with a plan to include clues for guests to work out a code to open a lockbox containing our rings. Bex was so great at helping us bring this vision to life and making sure it ran smoothly on the day.
Bex wrote such a brilliant ceremony for us. It captured us both perfectly and had just the right mix of emotion, sarcasm and laughs. She suggested some different elements we could choose from, and we opted for a tree planting, which tied in well with our woodland wedding and has given us a beautiful tree to grow and enjoy throughout our marriage.
Bex also wrote a personalised reading for us involving chocolate, which was so us and just brilliant.
Thanks to Bex our ceremony was not just reciting set words with an impersonal service, but was joyful, meaningful and genuinely one of our favourite parts of the day.
Guests all commented on how lovely and personal the ceremony was, and couldn't believe that Bex wasn't a lifelong friend of ours, as she'd captured us so well and was so relaxed and friendly on the day.
And aside from the ceremony itself Bex was also a brilliant cheerleader in the lead up to the wedding, checking in and hyping us up for the big day. And has been wonderful after the wedding too, sharing a beautiful clip of the day, and just generally helping me cope with the post-wedding blues.
It's so true that the service you get with Bex goes beyond just having a celebrant, and gives you a friend. We cannot imagine our wedding any other way, and cannot recommend Bex highly enough.

Bex was able to capture the story and essence of the relationship and delivered it in such a fun and relaxed way. Bex is so easy to talk with and it was a really fun experience gathering the information so she could write her piece.
So many of our guests thought she was a friend of ours which is a huge testament to her work!

Bex married us in October 2021 and now I can't imagine us doing it without her. The whole process from the very first meeting, to her ongoing friendship with us has been a dream.
We had our legal ceremony earlier in the year during covid times and so for our big blowout wedding we knew we wanted to make it special.
In the months prior to the wedding, we spent an evening with Bex, eating pizza & drinking prosecco, whilst telling her our life stories. From this, Bex wrote us a bespoke wedding ceremony, which told the story of our relationship and captured the essence of us perfectly.
Working with Bex is fun and most importantly stress-free. You can have as much or as little involvement in writing the ceremony as you desire - going as traditional or as wild as you dare. We couldn't recommend her highly enough.
On the day, seeing Bex at the top of the aisle with David was like being greeted by an old friend. She made both us and the congregation feel at ease from the minute she arrived, setting the tone for a playful, emotional and intimate ceremony.
We even had a sing-song of Celine Dion half way through and to be honest, without Bex making everyone feel super comfortable and in the mood for fun, probably would have gone down like a lead balloon, but it didn't and we had 100% participation with the singing!
We had so many compliments from our guests saying they'd never been part of such an amazing ceremony and one they'd remember forever.
We feel so honoured to have had Bex marry us and we know she'll be in our lives forever. Thank you so much!

Bex is the best celebrant ever!!
We chose to have a celebrant because we were worried that the council would send someone we didn't gel with and that wouldn't have been personal enough for us. We also didn't have a traditional wedding at all, so we found Bex...
From the moment we had a snoop through her website and had our initial chat over Zoom we knew she could help us to celebrate our marriage exactly as we imagined and that's exactly what we got. She was very easy to get along with and we felt like she got us from the get go, we met at a pub and sat outside and had a chat to sort everything out. it was as if we had known her for a while, we were very comfortable with each other.
She tailored us a perfect ceremony and vows, they were funny and sweet and the whole thing captured our relationship and our history perfectly, (she even made two of our siblings cry haha!) couldn't have asked for anything better.
We'd recommend Bex to anyone who wants to have a relaxed and fun wedding and is looking for a non-traditional celebrant, she managed to bring a perfect energy to our day.
Bex really helped us feel at ease with everything. After we had chatted a bit and started to sort things out we knew we would have the perfect ceremony so we weren't nervous at all when the time came. Thank you for making our day extra special!!

If we had to describe Bex’s ceremony’s in three words, we’d say “personal”, “heartwarming”, and “fun!” With neither my partner nor I being religious, we decided that a church wedding wasn’t what we wanted, yet a registry office felt too formal.
We wanted something that better represented us as a couple… enter Bex. Thank goodness we found her!
Bex was the solution to steering clear of a stuffy, impersonal wedding ceremony. She’s a master of creating blessings that are unique and individualised yet traditional in the right places. Not only did she weave our story into a 30-minute blessing, but we spent almost a year chatting in the lead-up. It felt as if a friend was marrying us which helped settle our nerves.
So many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed this (very important!) aspect of our wedding day. In fact, she secretly involved some of them.
Hopefully, we’ll see Bex again, marrying our friends in the future!

We originally selected a celebrant led wedding due to our venue not being registered and neither myself or my husband living near the venue. We talked about travelling down to a church for 6 weeks before but we felt like neither of us had religious beliefs and to do this for a church wedding would feel insincere for us as a couple.
After we decided to have a celebrant led wedding we knew we wanted something that felt lively and fun and not something that sat too close to a registry wedding as we would do that separately anyway.
Bex had a great vibe on her web page and we could tell she would write something with a lot of personal touches and would take on board our sense of humour. She did a great job of listening to us and finding out bits of information about us and our family and friends to add them into the wedding ceremony.
The ceremony was incredible, even better than either Danny or myself thought it would be, even though we had read the script beforehand. I knew that there were some family and friends that were putting a brave face on and didn’t 100% understand how a non legal ceremony would work but I remember looking round the room when a reading was being done and seeing everyone completely captivated.
Everyone spent the whole weekend talking about how amazing the ceremony was and I even had friends that said they wanted to change their wedding plans from a church wedding.
As one of my friends said Bex mixed the perfect amount of sweet sentimental bits with funny comments which made the whole thing very personal and very us.

A brilliant human being who we radiated to immediately.
She created the absolute perfect ceremony for us and our day was wonderfully unique because of her. Every guest complimented us on how fun our ceremony was by comparison to the more traditional route and how they never even know a celebrant was an option!
She took all of our ideas and personal touches and created a ceremony that was completely bespoke to us. Full of laughs, tears, and “in jokes” I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful ceremony that kept all our guests entertained. She truly did us proud and created a memory we will adore. I actually don't even know where to start with describing just how incredible Bex is. Funny, beautiful, professional, colourful, friendly and just the best person you could ever choose to be such a big part of your wedding day.
Firstly, after such a stressful time organising and rescheduling our wedding due to COVID, our wedding planner Lily Jones sent over a list of 5 celebrants that we may have been interested in. As soon as I looked over Bex's website I knew she was exactly what we wanted for our day - The VIBE WAS EVERYTHING.
We met Bex initially via zoom and fell in love with her even more. Despite usually spending maybe a year or more getting to know her couples we only had 2-3 months but Bex was amazing every step of the way. She was incredibly supportive and was even there to just cry and moan to when wedding planning was all getting a bit too much! (We've all been there right?!)
We met face to face for a breakfast date and she was every bit as beautiful, charming and funny as we thought she would be. Not only did she talk through every part of the wedding ceremony, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease about the whole thing, which given everything we had been through to get to the wedding day was incredible in itself!
Fast forward to the big day and absolutely every single wedding guest we spoke could not speak highly enough of the ceremony and of Bex.
She worked so unbelievably hard on our ceremony, listening intently and reading our questionnaires so well that she told our love story so far absolutely perfectly. It was detailed without being too long, highlighted all the funny stories and even involved our friends and family which they absolutely loved!
If you are thinking about getting a celebrant, not sure what sort of thing you're looking for then I would without a doubt book Bex, and book quickly, this lady is busy and for GOOD REASON.
We couldn't love Bex anymore, for the amazing ceremony that she gave us and the memories that we will never forget but for the supplier that we now call a friend - thank you, thank you thank you!!

Thank you Bex for our perfect wedding ceremony! We didn’t initially set out to have a celebrant led wedding but we’re really glad that we did!
The venue we chose wasn’t licenced to hold legal weddings but choosing Bex meant the ceremony was more relaxed, fun, and so much more personal which meant a lot to us.
Bex seemed to be the most energetic and vibrant celebrant we found online and when we met (initially via zoom) she immediately put us at ease. She is such a genuine, friendly, open person. She talked us through exactly what she could offer and was full of ideas so we felt confident putting our trust in her to conduct our ceremony. She was very communicative throughout the process from booking until the wedding day and we always felt like we knew what was going on and that we were in safe hands. She always welcomed any feedback or questions we had and it was clear throughout that she cared about learning as much as she could about us and delivering our ideal ceremony.
On the day itself, the ceremony was absolutely one of our favourite parts of the whole day! Bex conducted it with her characteristic friendly and fun demeanour and it was so special to have a ceremony which was unique to us. Many guests told us that they loved how personal it was and that they thought Bex was fantastic both as celebrant and as MC for the rest of the day.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bex to anyone! But especially anyone who wants a ceremony tailored to them by someone who is a genuinely lovely person and who cares a lot about what they do. The ceremony Bex provided for us will forever be one of our most treasured memories

“There are NO WORDS to describe how PHENOMINAL Bex was not only for our ceremony but the entire lead up! We had barely 6-7 weeks to put together a wedding and instantly when I met Bex, I knew she was THE ONE.
